The health of our employees and uninterrupted support of our customers remain ESHA’s top priorities as we face the challenges connected to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. While the spread of COVID-19 pushes businesses to reconsider policies and enact procedures to keep employees safe, know that we take those needs seriously.

How we are supporting our customers

ESHA remains fully operational. By taking swift and early action, we were able to smoothly transition to a remote workforce. We have been successful in rerouting telephone calls and emails to home offices, which has kept technical support uninterrupted and the customer service lines open.

How we are supporting our workforce

For the last few weeks, a majority of our teams have been working remotely to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading COVID-19. Each employee has been outfitted with the essential tools to comfortably do their jobs from home for an extended time. All employees are encouraged to seek medical attention and take time off for recovery, should that be necessary. To accommodate unforeseen illnesses and the financial security of our employees we have an extended sick leave policy in place.
