The primary focus of our Consulting Services team is generating government-compliant Menu Labels for your menu items. We create the nutrition and labeling information for each item and provide you all of the documentation you need for compliance.
Ingredient Lists & Allergen Statements
We develop accurate, correctly ordered, and properly named ingredient statements based on your recipes. All ingredients are thoroughly examined for allergens and the possibility of missed allergens to help protect your customers with food allergies.
In addition to the nutritional analysis of your menu items, we can include price/cost options for each item, organize your menu items into categories (Beverages, Entrees, etc.), develop a Menu Board report based on your specifications, and more.
Menu Label Audits
We provide in-depth audits of your current Menu Label(s) starting with a rebuild of each of your recipes and their ingredients. This method lets us ensure your labels are compliant and allows us to identify areas for improvement in your label development and regulatory review process.
Regulations are changing all the time, and we are frequently educating ourselves on what’s new and what’s different. Our team is well versed in labeling laws and can advise you on how to comply with the FDA’s menu labeling regulations.
Software & Regulatory Training
If, instead, you’re looking to boost your own expertise, we can help with that, too. Our training sessions are taught by industry experts and cover everything you need to know about using ESHA software, understanding regulations, and how to keep on top of industry changes.
