Salem, OR – ESHA Research, the developers of Genesis R&D Food Development and Labeling Software, has expanded its operation to include consulting and label-generation services.

“Building on our excellent track record for government-compliant labeling for people using our software, we wanted to meet the demand of customers requesting a small number of nutrition facts labels to be developed or reviewed,” Patrick Murphy, Consulting Services Director, said. “This way, smaller businesses or startups can take advantage of our expertise, too.”

The consulting services umbrella includes nutrition label consulting, label development, nutrition analysis, label review, database management guidance, training, and more. Services can be purchased a la carte or by package. For example, the full package includes a Nutrition Facts Panel with its Ingredient Statement, Allergen Statement, and unrounded nutrition analysis for about $500.

“Our goal,” Murphy said, “is to provide our customers with quality consulting services, on schedule, and at a reasonable cost.”
