FDA Offers More Clarity on Menu Labeling
In an effort to clear up some confusion with the Menu Labeling regulations that go into effect May 7, 2018, the FDA has released a Supplemental Draft Guidance Document. The guidance document makes other clarifications, gives additional examples and discusses accommodations.

Q: We sell individually wrapped chocolate truffles that are 10g each. Each box we sell contains 10 truffles. What would our serving size and servings per container be?
A: That depends on which label you are using on your package (1990 or 2016). The RACC has changed for the “All other candies” product category.
