Why ESHA Cloud Services?

Accessible Anywhere
Users can access ESHA programs anytime, anywhere. All you need to do your work is an Internet browser, an Internet connection, and the ability to run Microsoft Remote Desktop on your device.
Remote Desktop is installed by default on most Windows PC’s and is free in the App stores for Mac and Android devices.
Full IT Service and Program Management
ESHA manages all IT support required to maintain your infrastructure and all support, updates, and upgrades are included in the services, reducing implementation time and costs.
Automatic Backups & Disaster Recovery
All data within the ESHA Cloud Services is backed up nightly with a full 2 weeks of backups stored in a Tier III data center with physical security, detection, and firewalls. If a client needs a restoration of data, ESHA will be able to restore the data to the production network per their instructions. In the event of a major disaster, ESHA Cloud Services has a disaster recovery plan that acts as a key component to success and comfort with SaaS hosting. ESHA Cloud provides several options for disaster recovery and includes a standard plan in each of our solutions to be sure that your customers are up and running in the event of a disaster.
Your Data is Secure
ESHA understands the importance of data security. Many of our clients are in highly regulated industries where compliance with HIPAA or strict guidelines is a requirement. Our service takes every step to provide a highly secure environment for our partners and ensure that all hosted information is protected. Only our service technicians are permitted to handle our partners’ data. We take security seriously in order to provide the comfort that our partners and end-users look for in a hosted environment. In addition, we implement quality assurance and redundancy within the environment and continually monitor for any sign of a system failure.
Our Commitment to Confidentiality
The ESHA Cloud will comply with those provisions of HIPAA, including the Privacy Rule and Security Rule, applicable to Business Client. ESHA agrees to use and/or disclose Protected Health Information (“PHI”) only if necessary to provide the services, as otherwise required by law; ESHA is committed to implement and use appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of “PHI” other than as permitted or required, and to reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the “PHI” that ESHA Cloud Services receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of the client.
