Account Manager - Sales Team (Remote)

ESHA Research is in search of an Account Manager. The position will be a member of the sales department focused on fostering client relations, subscription retention and upselling, needs analysis consultation, and customer service.  The position will work directly within the Accounts Management group in the Sales Department, reporting to the Sales Account Manager and Sales Director. For the foreseeable future, this position will operate remotely from a home workstation.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily role is to assist the Accounts Management Sales Team with customer service and retention.
  • Provide product consulting for existing customer accounts.
  • Drive growth in recurring sales subscriptions and software maintenance programs
  • Help ensure Recurring Sales transactions are properly processed and maintained within CRM
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with trade shows and major events as needed
  • Communicate clearly and professionally verbally, in writing, and via video conference calls
  • Work within sales and marketing software systems to maintain accurate sales data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 plus years experience in Account Management

How to Stand Out

  • Background in food & beverage, nutrition, regulatory compliance, and/or related industry
  • Customer service and accounts management experience
  • Experience with sales CRM software is a plus (SalesForce and Pardot)
  • Knowledge of software sales and APIs
